The Plateia: The Cookbook, which was written by chefs Jason Tingley and Jeromy Sung alongside Rebecca Kendall, editorial and communications manager, features an impressive collection of over 70 meticulously crafted recipes and tells the story of how Plateia and the Luskin Conference Center have become an integral part of UCLA since opening their doors in 2016. Spanning a total of 244 pages, this cookbook showcases various Mediterranean dishes from the renowned restaurant. The cookbook was honored by the International Association of Conference Centers with their Global Innovation Award, which recognizes creativity, innovation, and impact.
